info on a boosted dx motor
I know they're faster than my car, I'm not debating the speed. I'm just saying it's not entirely practical. It's my belief that if one wants to turbo a car, they should do it so that their engine will live to tell the tale. All in all, it's not something I'd do myself.
i have a 96 dx coupe and im looking for ways to make it 15 sec. i thought about juice but i like the idea of having constant power so turbo sounds good. what kinda prices are we looking at and what are some key points i should consider when boosting my near stock motor?
Is it really worth it to you though? how much does an sohc turbo kit cost? If it's a lot less than a b-series motor, I'd be somewhat swayed, but prices on B16a's have been low lately. I'd go for a swap before turbo. But again, that's me.

Read my post again there, racerboy. I never said that it was a d15. I just said I wouldn't boost my D15, since I have a 95 Dx. I was trying to get the point across that stock dx motors aren't good to boost. get my meaning?

And yeah yeah, I'd be spending more money, but I'd also be getting more power so
