precisely. i will slighty disagree on head work. personally, i would just have the valves re-lapped, 3angle valve job and some very monor poikshing, not even porting. just polishing the exhasut side, u may get some better gains bottom end being that your valves are on fresh surface and gets a perfect seal, exhaust will escape more efficently.

meh...its maybe a couple whp here or there...for the price there are bigger gains to be had with other mods....I keep PnP/polishing/valve grinds until I would need to squeeze the very last drips of hp out.

if he's going to have the head off.. i'd take the dremil with a sanding bit & clean up any of the casting marks on the ex side & then leave it alone unless there was a problem. all depends how deep u'r pockets are i guess.

If you do choose to go this route tho, read up a little bit before you actually do it to make sure you don't hit something your not supposed to with that sanding bit

ya, dont touch the intake side unless u plan on making it rough again because if it is smooth the fuel will not be able to atomize and wont combust as easily

Does anyone know of any good deals floating around for t3/t4 turbos/bov/wg/intercooler? While I'm asking about all this have any of you guys had any experience with rc 550cc saturated injectors?
