I have a T3/T4 .50ar for my d16z6 but I won't be finished with the install until next week. From what I read it should spool a little later than some of the other popular turbos.

For tq number s like that your looking at more towards 400whp...

t3 is the turbo size family..
t3t4 is a hybrid turbo, t3 exhaust section and t4 compressor section...
The t3 being smaller spools faster and the t4 flows more so you get the best of both worlds....

t3, t3/t4... those words(?) get thrown around like nothing these days. You guys have to realize there are differant variations of t3/t4 hybrid turbos. A better measure for choosing an appropriate turbo is by calculating your motor's CFM, and determining where you want to have more power (low, mid, top end). Then by checking out a turbo's compressor map you can easily find the best turbo to suit your needs.
