i know.. im an indecisive pushover....... i was gonna do a simple head swap... not gonna cost me more than 200 bucks.... then i got talked into a transmision as well....... and now im buying a complete b16 set up for 1500.. and its a beautiful set up too.. the got put everything i need into it.... but im getting cold feet. i couldnt get my girlfriend to understand why i would spend the money on a new engine when my old one isnt broken.... maybe you guys can help me out in why i should do this?

i know what you mean ..i have a bad 3rd gear synchro and thats it ..but it cost about 1500 to get fixed so i bought a b16, waiting on it now

Do not Get a b16. save up and get a the c1 you will regret it even though its cheap and reliable dont get it. B16 = torqueles embressment

 

$1500 is a good price. I payed $1200 for mine, but it had problems h:

I dunno. I've spent a rediculous amount of money on my car, and its still a POS. At times I wish I hadn't spent so much, but what the heck.... it keeps me mildly entertained :dunno:
