I feel you dawg. I had to get past my lady on the power window swap in my 92 Si. Not necessary. I got the parts so cheap I couldn't pass up the task. It's taken longer than it should, but it's almost done. I could feel animosity from her, but I think it was more about the time I wasn't spending with HER, and spending that time on the car. She'd rather you put your pedal to HER metal. Let her know it was an impulse buy that you just HAD to do, and that you'll let her in on purchases like this in the future. Keep the fridge stocked with what she likes and you're in. Remember...

lol get the b16.....and tell her its a more economical motor......but if she knows shit about cars then dont waste your time. blow up th d 15! my buddy did that to his sol so his girl would let him do a b16 swap , hahahahha i still get a kick out of it
