are the wires touching eachother? because that will short out and blow the fuse.

the two black wires are for the heater, the white is the ground, and the green is the sensor

so does it matter if I match them up by accident?

I got the stock o2 sensor. I am just making it longer, so it will reach the cat. I matched green to green , white ti white. I might be mixing up the black wires though becaue there are 2. Does it matter if they are mis matched? Maybe that is why my fuses are blowing?

oh ok. just check the wires again. the two black wires should have a different color stripe on them too, like black/yel or black/white. i would try to match them up just to eliminate that possibility its causing the fuse to blow out
