Hello, i have a 95 civic lx with the d15, it was an auto but i have swapped it to a manual, i recently installed a remote starter and it was made for an automatic, so in order to initialize the remote starter i had to take it out of park and put it back in, so i disconnected the wires that control the park lights, and i got the remote starter working fine, but when i was messing with those wires i heard something make a noise when i touched them back together, and when i started it up, the turn signals, guages, and odometer do not work, but the hazards work. i checked the fuses, they are good. im not sure what else could be wrong.. i tried touching the wires back together to see if i could get it working but still nothing, any help is greatly appreciated, and thank you!

 

check your fuses man.....my car did the same thing and it was just a fuse...if its not a fuse under the dash....check the ones under the hood by the battery....

I know this thread is old.....but my car is doin the same thing.....turn signals don't work...hazards do...and my gauges/odometer don't work....it will light up when I turn my headlights on but other then that nothin.....any clues?

 

The same thing happens to my 01 Civic LX except the radio turns off as well...This only happens when I'm driving...when I'm sitting on idle, everything works fine...
