96 Civic ex possibility

How much power could you achieve if you keep the stock engine and mod around it in a civic 96 with a vtech, and stock 127 hp? If money were not an issue...

skys the limit i guess you can spend a lot of time and money and have some serious horsepower but it wont be streetable plus its alot harder with a sohc
