So I also just learned that there may be a port that the y8 doesn't have, that that D16z6 intake has. A sensor of some kind?

113whp sounds about right for a stock d16 w/bolt-on's. If he does have a d16, i'd start searching for his N20 switch, i'd like to see this dyno chart....

You'd be lucky to gain a few whp by swapping manifolds, you may see 2-3whp by swapping manifolds, and another few by going to the skunk2.
