header, you have one

take the header to a shop and have them drill and weld a bung on for an o2 sensor (though I find it VERY surprising that there isnt a hole for one at all)

again, header (no S)
To replace A header, just undo the nuts on the head, remove the bolts at the cat, pull the header off. Replace. Torque nuts and bolts down to proper spec
shouldnt take more than an hour and if you use a little common sense, a total novice could do this in an afternoon
