But how do I really know it's a 3 stages? I can only hear a vtec sound at 5200rpm, that's it.
Your english is so much better than 70% of the Americans here I didn't even check your location. 
In the first stage of three stage VTEC, only one intake valve is used, allowing better air swirl. Only runs up to I think 2000 RPMs... you wouldn't be able to hear it, and I'm not sure if it would make a power difference either.

Back to the main topic, I'm new to this mod world so please bear with me if some of my questions sounds stupid. I've done a few things to the engine and still in the search of more power that I can squeeze from it.
h: P&P, engine balancing and high compression. Other than force induction, what else can I do.
Question, will there, theoretically, be any -ve effect (i.e detonation for example) if I try to use the B16 ecu of D15. Need to know before I try as I couldn't afford the consequences.
