i'll go ahead and tryout an OEM strut bar.
thanks all for your input.

about the intake rubber hose that i'm supposed to connect..
i see a hose from 'left side, rear' connected to the air filter box (?). do i disconnect it and put the rubber hose from my intake to the 'left side, rear' port? and what about the hole that's now at the air filter box (?) ? sorry if i don't seem to make things clear.

If you can feel your car flex less with a front strut bar you are blowing smoke out of your butt. It's like a butt dyno.

here's a pic of what i have on right now...



do i put the hose where the red is? and what about the other end from the box at the green? what do i block that off with?
-- or at least, am i even thinking right?

the way its setup now is fine
If you connect it the way that I mentioned earlier you'll just have to plug the hole at the box. Doesnt really matter

I have a DC strut bar in the rear on my EK and it has pivot points that squeak like you wouldn't believe. I just ordered the password JDM bar.

hey, sorry to jack this thread, but I want to put the PAssword JDM 3 point strut tower bar in the front on my 97 DX coupe but the stock air filter box is in the way so what the hell do I do to get rid of it?
