Default 99 Civic 4 Door Spoiler

My sister wants to put an OEM rear wing spoiler on her 99 Civic. I was just wondering if the trunk spring was different on cars that originally came with the spoiler (because of the added weight) ? Any help would be great.

I dont believe so. I think some of them were even dealer installed.

actually, the springs were different
I have the 'no-spoiler' springs, added a trunk, and it doesnt pop up anymore. Yes, it opens, but not "springingly"

Thanks Guys. Any good websites where I might purchase the right "spring"?

Honestly, Ive tried finding it with online dealership parts pages, and have not been successful.
Youre probably going to have to go to the dealer and ask for em1 trunk springs
