It's not a waste, as long as you have logical reasoning behind it. There is absolutely nothing wrong it. But if there wasnt a good reason for having 3 motors, whether it's $200 or not, would be a waste. I dont know about you, but i dont have $200 to just go throwing around. Since you have a purpose for your three motors in your garage, and can afford it, more power to you

i'll make my attempt to prove this when spring rolls around!
Some guy on H-T got over 750 whp out of stock sleeves with forged internals, so it is really all in the tuning.

Throwing around psi numbers is worthless. It all depends on the tuning and the CFM the turbo can flow because we all know that a smaller turbo makes less power at a given psi than a larger one.

ya, well i farted.
othing wrong with having multiple motors. personally, i wanna build another on the side for all motor. would it be a waste? no, itsa my money and ill spend it how i please. itd only be a waste if i sat around doing nothing, which would be a waste of time.

I already clarified my statement as to HOW it would be a waste. That is perfectly fine to have another motor on the side waiting for build or just in case. I know your Running's boy and all...but you dont have to jump to conclusions and be his voice for everything....

A 4g63 holds 21 PSI stock. :fawk: 35+ with ARP's, forged internals and o-rings. A lot cheaper than sleeving a LS motor... but good luck squeezing that cast iron block into a Honda.

Whoever told you a LS motor can hold 20 PSI... don't listen to them anymore.
