so what is up woth locking my thread. i never asked for a illegal download of that manual if someone had giving me a ligit site that i had to pay to download it that would have been great i just need the manual, but then some moderator goes and locks my thread. so i don't get how you guys lock threads because someone wrote the word streetracing or download becuase they are illegal but when soneone ask how they can get around passing a veichle inspecton ([B]ILLEGALLY[B] might i add) then it's ok for everyone one the forum to tell him what to do. WTF?

Just follow the advice I gave you before your thread got locked. You can buy a copy of it for dirt. Save yourself the bandwidth.

 

I'll die before I spend $40 on one. But you can buy them at places like Advace and Napa. They have one in the online resources thread. It's kind of a bitch to find everything though. Hell, just get Adobe or some pdf reader and download it from there.

 

In the online resorces, there are different Helms available. I don't believe there is one for the B16 though.

1) There are no 'legal' downloads other than what Helm's offers

2) I gave you the website for Helms, though it was incorrect, it was fixed, thanks to Bluetwo.
