so what is up woth locking my thread. i never asked for a illegal download of that manual if someone had giving me a ligit site that i had to pay to download it that would have been great i just need the manual, but then some moderator goes and locks my thread. so i don't get how you guys lock threads because someone wrote the word streetracing or download becuase they are illegal but when soneone ask how they can get around passing a veichle inspecton ([B]ILLEGALLY[B] might i add) then it's ok for everyone one the forum to tell him what to do. WTF?
