wow look 100% for springs.. looks like it wins unanimously.. heh jk

when u say coilovers, i'm assuming u mean the "coilovers" like skunk2 and not the true coilovers like Apex..

i recommend u get like a 1.8" drop with eibach or H&R sport or something like that.. it'll look clean, you won't have to worry about scratching that much, and you won't need aftermarket shocks

Depends on what your lifestyle is... daily driven, I'd say some springs with some quality struts... for show, I'd say coil-overs, dro it as low as you can, then back up, so you can drive the car back from the show.

It depends on what you want to do. Coilovers require balancing the car and requires some know-how and patience to do.

Springs once you lower it you get an alignment and you are done.

i dont know anyone (personally) that had their corner wieghts set on scales, etc. everyone i know that has coilovers has just set the ride height the way they want it including myself. i dont find it necessary. will it reallly make a huge difference in handling ability?

Depends on how you set them, but yes. If you aren't going to be tuning and adjusting your suspension (the true reason for coilovers), most people should smiply get a decent set of springs which will put them at the height they want.

How many times have you changed your height?

I didn't corner weight my car either, but I have my front left/rights and the rear left/rights within 1mm of each other (with my weight in the driver's seat and 1/8 tank of gas). Handling is so much better than with Eibach lowering springs - also because they are a stiffer spring rate.

This post has actually helped me out, too. I was pretty set on getting coilovers (well, coilover sleeves) so I could put my car at the height I wanted it at. But after reading this, I'm thinking springs are the way to go. Now for another question...what kind of drop would look best/handle best? I want to be low, but not too low...it's a daily driver.
