I just had the emissions recall done by the Honda dealer today, when I bought the car a few weeks ago it seems like the idle never stays in one spot sometime its near the second notch ( I guess that is about 500 RPM?) sometimes a tad under 1k (Maybe 850 or so RPM) The car has no check engine light on and was scanned during the recall and nothing came up.

However I don't think its normal. All this happens with A/C off

Any ideas?
