i spoke with my insurance company today and i recorded my claim for court if needed. i complained about the meadowland expo's $hitty security. i also gave her detail about my car, telling her it was a show car that stayed under a cover and was garage kept,etc.... she is gonna send me forms so i can give her all my mods and prices etc.... i really hope i get some what of a good amout back .. but i know i wont but i have plenty of pics so i will show her......

Insurance companies most likely won't give you $ per part on the car... but good luck and PM about the shop you suspect!!

MoFo's security tip:

When I know my car will be sitting for a good amount of time, I pull the main ECU fuse. I have a little plastic box to put it in so it doesn't get crushed.

This way they can't start it at all, if they REALLY want it they can just roll it onto a flatbed or pop in the fuse, but chances of that are pretty low.

But sorry many I feel for you. My buddies fixed up gen2 integ (b16 swap, blah, blah) got nabbed a month ago right in front of his own house.
