CTR or ITR cams would be a nice upgrade

CTR I would pick over ITR, slightly bigger duration and lift. If you want upgrade your valve train and put in some Skunk2, Todas, Jun, or Buddy Clubs, dont forget Crower

Well he could always put stage 1 skunk2, toda, etc. cams in without having to modify the valve train, but then again they're almost the same as CTR and ITR and cost like 300$ more.

I was actually up for a good portion of the night looking for head components before I turbo. Would CTR's be good for turbo?

If you have cam gears and can adjust them on a dyno for maximum power, the CTR cams are better for turbo than B16 or GSR cams.

I thought the extra duration and lift was useless on a turbo though?

itr cams work great with turbo. and ctr cams only have 3 degrees more duration on the intake side than itr's.

It's an Internet rumor and constantly thrown out when it's totaly unbased. I had GSR cams and went with '97 JDM ITR cams. I don't know how much whp I gained, but I know for sure that I gained 9 whp just from adjusting my exhaust cam. h:
