Default Exhaust Help

I have a 97 civic and wanted to get an exhaust, nothing to loud just something nice and deep but with decent power gain out of it. I was thinking about getting the skunk 2 exhaust but was not sure as to how that would sound, any help would be appreciated.

The Skunk2, along with all the other canister type exhausts, are very loud.

Good choices for a quiet but effective exhaust would be the Greddy Evo 2, Apex'i WS, or Greddy SP2. Anything with a sufficient muffler like these will not be quite as loud.

I didn't. I just wasn't sure if they made the RSR for a civic. If they did (and they probably do), that would be my hands down choice.

I have the RS*R on my 97 civic hatch. I paid right around 500, 600 for it, but it was worth every penny. Very quite, great power gain the only down side is it doesnt even have a place for the cat. you have to get that welded in your self if you care to have one. Im running turbo so it worked out perfect for me i would deff recomend it to any one though...

Yea, thats the only downside of the RS*R, it can eat up your whole paycheck
