i have never added oil to my civic ever i have just done my 3000 mile oil change and thats it im bout to go for a long ride and i had a couple questions first what does the two holes on the stock dipstick mean is it mean high / low casue there is no markings dont make fun either first honda i owned

 

Yes, the top one is full, the bottom one is "add oil".

Your oil level is good as long as it is inbetween both holes.
