Get the shift kit (valve body modification), and a torque converter upgrade. I can't imagine there's much of anything else that you'll need to make it shift better and slip less.

Higher stall Torque converter, new clutch packs, shift kit, possibly a new valve body. Not worth it IMO might as well convert to manual. I've beefed up an automatic before and it still wouldn't hold as much power as manual trans will.

Switch to manual and worry about a clutch.

You need tranny, shifter, shifter cables, pedals, trans mounts...think that's it. Not sure on the cost i only converted DSM's so i'm not sure about honda's.

well here is my basic question! If i rebuild my auto transmission with the right stuff will it be able to handle 9-10lbs of boost safely???(it is a daily driver so i dont give it WOT much if at all)i just dont want to have to convert to manual if i dont have to(by properly rebuilding auto tranny)

it will never be as strong as a manual one. just save yourself the money and troube and swap for a 5spd.

swappin in a manual will probably be the same if not cheaper than beefing up the auto..
