im takin my header out but i cant figure out how to get to o2 sensor out.. does it twist out or just pull out.. thanks

 

there is a special socket for it with a line cut up the side so you can get a socket on it with the wires. Autozone like $6

 

they can be a real bitch.. when i tried taking it out of my integras exhaust manifold.. the thing had like 10 years of rust built up on it. the torque wrench was topped out at 250lbs (was trying to figure out how tight it was on) and it still didnt budge -- i ended up junking it lol.

 

you can use 22mm wrench and just tap the wrench with a hammer should brake loose

 

You should have left the header on and ran the car to heat it up then it comes loose alot easier. You can find a propane torch and heat up the threads.
