Head light problem

I have a 1998 Honda CIVIC.

High Beam is bright, but Low beam is very dull .

Anyone know the reason.

sounds like the "low" filaments in the bulbs are wearing out

Have you tried changing the bulb?

Did it just happen out of the blue or did you change something and then it started occuring?

also, are they oem bulbs, or aftermarket?

Thanks for all your comments.

I recently bought this car. I don't know, when last owner changed the bulbs.
Most probably bulbs are OEM.

I will try to change the bulbs.

Can someone refer me to the good retailer for bulbs.
