Default ECU's

Got a 95 civic ex with a LS motor swap from a 2000 teg. Running a p06 Ecu.
Anyone out there have any suggestions on a better ECU to use. I just dont feel that the motor is at its full potential. I know the p06 is from a dx civic.
I have a p75 I've been thinking of trying. But the ECU is OBD2 and the car is OBD1. But the Motor is OBD2

Just use the OBD1 ECU. OBD1 ECU on an OBD2 motor will just not see that there are OBD2 sensors and won't care about them. It's the simplest way to make the hybrid work properly.
