Default A few maintenance issues, need help

Having to take care of a few things for my '95 Civic LX D15B7, got a few questions I'm not sure about digging into a couple of areas I haven't messed with before.

I need to check/adjust valve clearances, a bit of a clattering noise in passenger end of valvetrain above idle, and leaking oil into #3 and #4 sparkplug tubes. What size (mm) are the rocker adjusting nuts, and I understand there's a special adjusting tool for holding the screw while retightening the nut? What torque do you go to?

Next up, a minor fix, but curious about it. The hose running from the PCV valve is old and collapses under vacuum, got a fresh one on order. Noticed my mileage is down a few mpg. Could this affect how the fuel pressure regulator sees vacuum, cause a rich condition? Do the FPR's ever get weak/fail? Do they fail rich or lean? Should I replace it as a wear/tear item (138k on the car now), about how much? The D15B7 motor doesn't have an EGR valve, read that the PCV is used instead. I use Amsoil, but will check PCV valve for crud anyway when I change the hose.

Finally, I would like to replace the motor mounts. Car has a nagging shudder during medium acceleration. I put in new CV axles and front struts and 4 wheel alignment, thinking they might be the culprit, but no joy. How many mounts are on the D15B7? I see the left and right mounts by the timing cover and on the auto tranny, are there front and rear dogbones? Should I attempt this as a DIY, or pay up and get it done at the shop? How much to expect parts/labor?

Car is very reliable and I wanna take care of her, and do stuff right.
