You're power seems pretty low for 12 psi. What exhaust? Stock cat? I know you'll see a lot more with a 3" exhaust and test pipe.

A Greddy SP2 Which is a straight through exhaust. Its an aftermarket cat, not sure what brand. He is planning on getting a test pipe.

Seems low, it looks like it was on a dynojet too. How much timing were you pulling?
