Yeah, im almost jumping on this one too. I was looking at just throwing a 50 shot at my d for now, but if you can come up with a cheap(er) turbo setup, then go for it.

wow...that seems sweet! I'd have to check around at some of the junk yards around here and see what's available. would i require an intercooler for the system?

if your running low boost, intercoolers are not required, they are how ever recommended for anything above 8lbs.

It's definatly something that i would recommend to ad to the setup later on, but this would get you well on your way to having a fun daily driver.

What did you do for tuning, or does running low boost like that require anything?

for low boost you could go the un-efficent way of slaping a $75 FMU on there that reacts to vacume pressuer / closes off your fuel return / & forces additional fuel through your injectors.

OR

you could just chip your ECU & run some free Engine Managment software such as uberdate or more highly recommended Crome. You could use your stock injectors at 4lbs with no problems.

Johnnyracecar intercoolers are good and relatively cheap.

Yep & they way that they mount up makes for a very easy install vs. some of those ebay specials!

from having modded 5 other cars, i can tell you that you will want to start with wheels, suspension/brakes first and then move on to engine modifications or body kits.. (or if you have money, do it all at once.. but general rule of thumb is that fast hondas look stock and slow hondas have big wings and body kits and 19" rims)
