One other question - There a spot on one of the sideskirts where the paint is too light. You can see the primer. What can i do?

sand the clear down to the paint in that area. spray light coats of the paint till the primer is covered. the re clear and do the wet sanding process again.

to remove the clear where the pint is thin, use 800 or 1000 grit wet, lightly. then just do your same processes over again. good luck.
