Default What wheels?

I have all the parts to lower my car, and I have had 16" TSW blades on my car with Kuhmo 712's for about 4 months, and I like the wheels, but they are nolonger in production, and I got them off of a friend for nothing, he had them on his VW, and I think the offset is too much to lower my car, I am afraid they will rub on my fender.

So I am in the market for some new wheels. Before I got these I was looking at some 17" Sparco Tarmacs. Does anyone else know a decent wheel, that I can get for around 700$? I would like to keep my tires since I just got them, so 16" wheels would be optimal. I am not to sure if I would like anything larger than 16's.

I'd stick with 15s. not only are the wheels/tires a bit cheaper, but they look proportionally correct.

What is the offset of your current rims?

Well I just spent 400$ on these tires, and they have about 4000 miles on them.. I kinda want to keep them. And I like the 16" wheels, I had 15's, and was not happy with the way they look.

I dont know the offset on the wheels I have, but I dont think they will work.
To give you an idea of why.

This is a bad pic, but you kinda get the idea if you look at the rear wheel.... The wheels stick out, and unless they tuck in when I drop it, I dont think they will clear the fenders when I hit a bump or take a corner...?

Or with Neuspeed/Koni SP3's and Omnipower Coilovers, will the suspension be stiff enuff to keep them from rubing when I hit a bump or take a sharp corner?
