generations. your car is the 7th gen Civic which is based off the K series motor. mounting an older Bseries motor will be harder and not logical in this case.

B series motors were found in the 4th and 5th and 6th generation civics.

I'm no further than a plane ticket. Seriously where are u located? K20 is the way to go. better technology, lighter than a h22, and able to produce more power than h22. Why not turbo the car if you want more power?
