question about buying a 99 SI...
car has 121k, is in decent shape, (minor paint blemishes, no real dents) and has some extras, (has 17 inch rims, and also comes with the stock rims) like wheels, greddy exhuast, short ram intake, its lowered, etc...
it needs a clutch, which they have (un installed) and the rear springs/struts sound shot.
they want 8500 for it, maryland inspected.
should i?
also, im looking at an all stock 99 integrea gs, with 85k. its pretty much showroom condition (again, all stock though) and they want 7000 for it.
which one is a better deal?
help!

the b16 is a better platform to start out with
the miles is decent and as long as the car still accelerates smoothly i'd get the Si
its better for bolt on parts adn moderate upgrades since is is a VTEC
the b18b is nice for say a DIY turbo kit but is not very good for bolt ons
