Starting Problems - 92 Civic
I have a 92 Civic LX that has problems starting under certain conditions. If I try restarting it within a couple of minutes after shutting it off, it will often not start. I then often have to let it sit for a few minutes before it will start. Also, on hot sunny days it will sometimes not start. The starter will turn fine, but the car won't start.
I have tried a number of things to fix this, but nothing has worked. I've replaced the ICM and the Coil, but that did not do anything for it. Any ideas?

WHen the car doesnt start, turn the key into the "ON" position and wait for the check engine light to go out. When it does, you should hear the main relay click at the exact same time the light goes out. If you don't, replace the main relay.
How old is the battery?
