Default Squeeks when letting OFF brakes.

So I changed my front brakes pads the other day. With my old pads, there was a little squeek when letting OFF the brake pedal. So i assumed changing my pads would fix it. However, it didnt. Does anyone know a way to fix this? Do i need to lubricate something? This also happens when letting off the cluth, however its not as noticeable. Anyone know what to do for both squeeks? Thanks in advance.

Most likely the brake master cylinder and the clutch master cylinder. Put some grease on them to stop the squeaking, like a squeaky door hinge.

Its probably the rear drums. Pull up on the ebrake and let it go and see if it does it. Chances are the backing plates need to be lubed.
