Engine Hesitation

I just installed a B16A2 into my 1992 civic, and now when driving it the engine is stuttering in the lower to mid rev's, need to know what is going on!

fuel, fuel filter, plugs, dirty injectors, timing, compression.

I'm having a similar problem, is this consistant in your car? or does the stutering only occur sometimes
