Default Will the car pass emissions w/ high flow cat?

I was wondering if my 95 civic dx would pass emission inspection with one of these cheap high flow cats that are sold on ebay. I know they are not street legal, but new stock cat is $700, so I was wondering if i could get away with using the cheap one.

i would have to say no. it also depends on what inspection station you go to.
im pretty confident in saying that i dont think a single emissions test in this entire country would get a passing reading with a non-street legal cat. someone else had a similar question yesterday. go to www.modacar.com they have street leagal high flow cats for around $200

I dont know about your state, but in NC seeing as how the car is OBD1, they won't do emissions on it.
