Will an aftermarket radio fit in that?

an aftermarket deck will fit right into it. There's two screws that keep it in place, but they don't go in they typical screw hole you'd normally put them in (ie, the major hole set found on every deck I've worked with). Be careful not to use too long of screws, I'd suggest something in the 8mm range.
