Default Crankshaft Weight Spooling good or bad?

For a v8, a heavy crank is great to keep rpms up, but I think a 4 cylinder will rely on more the faster spin ratio over the weight, the crank weight is to help RPM development at a consistant rate. there is nothing consitant with a honda motor , every one of them is different. A lightened crank would spool a much, much higher and proficcent rpm whereas a stock weight balanced crank does what you are fighting around to make more hp. \

Start low, end hi.
