unscrew 3 bolts from behind the mirror, unplug it and take it off. Put the new ones on the same way. If it doesn't have a harness, cut the factory harness (leaving enough room to put it back on later if you need) and solder the wires together. There should be an extra wire for the LED's. If you are wiring it to the blinkers, just splice them in, or you can wire them to whatever you want. It is really easy.

Nah, you shouldn't have to remove the door panel, my friend put some on his show Ranger. It's pretty simple. I'm not sure what color the wire is on you're mirrors, his was the color of his headlight blinker wires.

yes, if they are power mirrors, there should be a plug cliped to the door. If you have to cut the wires, the colors should match up. In my car, you only have to remove one small plate, then pry up a small part of the door panel to get to the plug. From what I've seen, yours is the same. The small plate directly behind the mirror just pulls off with a good pull. If you have to take the entire door panel off, there are about 3 or 4 screws, and the same type clips. As for the LED's, you can either extend that wire, run it through the fire wall and to the wire at the physical light, or you can find the circuit, and splice it from there.
