yea to jet around in a 450hp viper was a blast. Got up to 130mph after turn 11 down the straightaway. But on turns, both of our cars can almost take it at the same speeds if taking the same lines.

As for the ball joints, don't turn them in all the way negative. You need them to be set to correct the negative camber when you lower the car. How come you got them? I thought that you are only lowering the car 1.5">?
Anyway, yes the spindle will rub/ hit the spring if adhjusted all the way negative.

It started out as a mistake by NAPA so I said what hell I’ll try them. Then it seemed like a good idea for track use, to adjust it in a little more. although the car is still on jackstands so a test drive is in order...

Buddyclubs have a compromising spring rate 8kgR 10kgF this should get rid of most of your roll problem while still making for a toloerable ride on the street.

Flat, flat, flat around the corners. But now I have a lot more understeer. I loosened up the end-links a bit and that really helped. Although I’m still running a 185/60/14 tire.

I don't mean to be annoying, but it's freakin' awesome that you have a racetrack near where you live. Especially one that is sort of public like that. That's cool.

You need to upgrade the wheels and tires. The understeer is from that. Your suspension outhandles your tires.

Default Need help w/suspension on the Delsol.

I have thought long and hard about posting another suspension thread. I sorry but I must. After reading just about every thread on suspension out there I'm still having trouble with the right balance of parts.

Set-up now:
1in sway bar in front.
Upper strut bar.
Energy Suspension Master bushing set.
Pro-kit springs
Illumina Shocks
Harness bar
22mm Rear sway/ASR brace
Rear upper Strut bar
Trunk floor bar

Around town it's fine, but on the track i need a little more. For the most part this set up works ok, but I seem to bottom out when I really push it around the track. And I'm not cool with that. I set the shocks to #4 on the front and #5 on the rear, this gives it a very neutral feel. The car doesn't handle very well if set it to 5 & 5. I think i need more spring but I'm not sure what rate to go with.

Here is how I drive most of the time. Although I drive to the track and around town, some.
