Well, thanks for the advice. You guys are better than H-T. They're all a bunch of zitty pubescents with WAY too much free time. By the way, I want the Spoon crate for the redline and the reliability. It's gonna be a daily driver and I don't wanna have to drop duckets into it every other week. Basically, I talked myself out of buying an RSX-s by spending the same amount on a 9 year old GoBot-Mobile. Thanks again, fellas.

There is only one thing you gain by buying a spoon crate motor. Braggin rights. There are other ways to go faster for cheaper.

It's fast yeah, but the money you spend on that crap, you could build it better and faster. Hell it'll be cheaper it you had a shop do all the work.

Spoon motor = braggin' rights nothin' more.

the higher you rev, the less longer they last. In short

in short, Reving spoon engine over and over = bound to brake.

We are a lot nicer than the "other" sites you will visit regarding to the subject that you posted.

The Spoon crate will not be reliable. It is built for race purposes, not for daily driving. You are better off with a GSR [B18C1] or Si/Del Sol [B16A2/3]. Save you money, build up the same engine for a lot cheaper.
