Default Some kind of grease all over the inside of the wheel.

I'm guessing this is wheel bearing grease? Anything else it could be?

leaking brake fluid? I had a tiny leak and it showed up as the inside of my wheel being coated in a really oily greasy substance, and it was just dirt coated brake fluid.

i dotn think brake fluid would be greasy like wheel bearing grease or CV joint grease.

I would bet money you got a pinhole in your cv joint. usually whips it into the inside of the rims
