EJ1, just return that one that is a problem. If you've pin-pointed that it is just that one, and everything is torqued correctly, it must be bad.

Exactly, anybody who suggests dropzone springs over a full coilover is either insane of doesn't know much about shocks. I wasn't trying to be a smartass, just telling him not to take your information seriously because it is bad information. My suggestion... get a new shock and go from there

First of all, he purchased a FULL coilover meaning it came with the struts built in. The springs are already preloaded so the springs will stay secure to the strut. Dropzone coilovers are pieces of shit.

I have been in contact with Buddyclub US since the beginning of this. They have been courteous,helpful, and professional. Received an email this morning from them saying to not bother going to a shop. They are sending a replacement shock out for it. Thanks Albert and Ray.

I'll keep you guys posted on the rest of the story
