do you have stock struts??.....the coilovers are far smaller then the length of the strut so when you hit a bump your car lifts off the coilovers and then slams back on the coilover thats why you hear it twice i had the same problem i took em off and did it right with racing springs, dude i would get your money back and get some dropzone springs for cheap on ebay

EJ1, just return that one that is a problem. If you've pin-pointed that it is just that one, and everything is torqued correctly, it must be bad.
