hey,

this has happened ever since i put on my 4-1 header. every once and a while ill start off driving, and the car will just die... kinda sputter out, then i shift it in to 2nd, and it goes. almost like it stalled or something. i put some throttle body cleaner in, is there anything else that might help?

 

check your ignition stuff..

-plugs
-wires
-cap & rotor

i'm willing to bet it's coincidence (sp?)

how many miles ago was your last tune up!

 

i read something bout a iacv valve or something like that... it needs to be cleaned ever so often. could someone explain? thanks

 

it's on the back of your intake mani.

look for gunk in the screened portion
