It should cure some raspyness. Any muffler shop will carry it.

It's like a glasspack or a baffle that will quiet the exhaust down.

As Justin said, any muffler shop will carry them. Another one or a longer one than you currently have will quiet the exhaust down. The N1 silencer will also help.

I run a 12" resonator, you make the decision.

I've got 2 1/4" pipe from the cat back, 6" later I've got a Thrush glass pack. I HIGHLY RECOMEND throwing one in your piping. It'll run you 50bux which is so worth it, my Magnaflow went from low-tone clackclackclack 10k times a minute to a deep smooth tone. not sure what your riding, I hear other Civics consistantly that payed as much as you did and still makes me go UGHH as they pass by.
Thrush Glass Pack
Logo looks like woody the woodpecker

Sooner or later i'm going to get a sound clip of my car from 3k-7.4k to let people hear it since there is always someone that starts claiming i'm lame and dillusional

How about getting under your car and measuring it?
