neuspeed short shifter in 93 civic si and it came with the bushings. It makes a big difference in shifting alot shorter, and the bushings make it feel oh so nice. $100. invest in one

I fabbed my own reusing the stock shifter and lengthing the bottom. Of course, this was back in '94.
