i've checked the fluid and from the looks of it the pump looks fine, but im no mechanic.

the clicking comes from inside the turn signal relay.

besides the cv joints and the pump, is there anything else that could be causing this?

The turn signal maybe??

If it does it while you are sitting still, it is some thing with the PS pump or assembly, if is does it while you are moving, it is the axle. You shouldn't notice that the car is harder to turn with an axle going out if it is just clicking...

i went to a shop today and they coulnd find anything wrong, axel, cv joints etc.

they did say it might be a sensor that has something to do with the steering....?

i went to Honda and they said it would be 85$ plus parts to diagnose it

there are no sensors for steering unless you have a newer honda such as the ep3.

If the clicking is coming from the steering column, and its not the normal clicking from yoru turn signals, I would say you somehow got something stuck behind the steering wheel that is causing friction which is why it is hard to turn.

Other than that, the only other thing that would make turning difficult is the power steering pump failing.
