Fixing rims

my rims have been curbed somewhat. not dent or cracks, just scratches and the like. just wondering if anyone knew of any shops in seattle or northeast washington that would fix them for a decent price thanx.

My friend has his recoated, but his are a gunmetal color, I dunno what they would do for polished, chrome, etc.
